Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SPM88 ("SPM88", "we", "us") is a free-to-play fantasy sports game operated by Loopmeback (the "Operator"). By creating an account or using the service at golden88.fun, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information, including your country, which sets your home nation and the cards your squad is built around. One account per person.

4. How the game works

SPM88 is a game of skill in which you manage teams and earn points based on real-world match events. Team picks are final once submittedand cannot be changed. Match data is entered by SPM88 officials from publicly available sources; while we strive for accuracy, scoring is provided on an "as is" basis and our determination of points is final. We may correct errors, adjust scoring rules, void matches, or modify leaderboards to preserve the integrity of the game.

5. SPM88 tokens

SPM88 tokens are an in-game feature used to play (e.g. buying player cards in the store and entering modes). They are granted free on signup and can also be earned (daily rewards, referrals, and other in-game activities). No purchase is ever required to play, and tokens are not a security, currency, or financial instrument. SPM88 has no guaranteed monetary value.

The store is fully deterministic — you choose and buy the exact card you want. There are no randomized or chance-based purchases.

You may optionally top up tokens with USDC and, subject to identity verification (see §6) and the limits we set, withdraw a portion of your purchased tokens on-chain. A withdrawal is best understood as a limited partial refund of tokens you bought — not a prize, payout, or winnings. Free and earned tokens, and any in-game points or standings, are not withdrawable and have no cash value. SPM88 is not a gambling service: outcomes reflect real-match performance and your own choices, not wagering.

6. Age & identity verification

We collect your date of birth at signup and block anyone under the legal age. Before any on-chain withdrawal, we require identity verification: you upload a government ID, which we review solely to confirm your age and eligibility. We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal where verification fails or fraud, sanctions, or legal concerns arise.

7. Geographic restrictions

SPM88 is not available in every territory. We may block access from, or restrict features in, certain jurisdictions, and you must not use the service from a restricted location or via tools that misrepresent your location.

8. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, operate multiple accounts, automate or scrape the service, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property & affiliation

SPM88 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FIFA or any football governing body, competition organizer, or team. Team and country names are used for identification only. All SPM88 brand elements are the property of the Operator.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in match data or downtime.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
